Urgent Looking for SAP SD - Program Manager for one of Our Leading Clients in India.
Responsible for all project deliveries for a client. Strongly Owns EN from delivery perspective, providing long term engagement options.
Optimizes goal matrix achievement in the group directly by setting up appropriate structure and review mechanisms in line with forecast and joint planning with the customer. Directly owns customer satisfaction from delivery perspective.
Responsible for staffing key positions and mentoring the key personnel from performance and career perspective. Validates and signs off on effort, schedule and cost estimations - the project plan; Performs the role of contract and scope change management. Performs the role of contract and scope change management.
The right candidate should have:
Typically 10-12 yrs of techno- fuctional/functional exp, with team handling responsibility of 6-8 yrs.
Preferably PMI certified. 2-3 yrs of direct client interfacing role.
Has functioned as a project manager for at least one year and as a transition manager for at least one year.
Minimum Education - MBA
Travel - Occasionally
